Stage 1: Online guidance by technicians via video
Usually, BLG will establish a professional technical consulting group for dealers to provide after-sales service. BLG also regularly provides machine installation and maintenance training courses for dealers. We hope that dealers can become professionals to a certain extent and continue to expand their business independently.
Stage 2: Local cooperative engineering companies provide after-sales service
BLG has cooperative engineers in Indonesia and the Philippines. If necessary, our engineers can provide on-site after-sales service.
Stage 3: BLG factory engineers provide on-site after-sales service
Under special circumstances, BLG engineers can go to the site to provide guidance and repair. Under such conditions, customers need to bear the visa fees of BLG engineers, as well as round-trip air tickets and hotels. Please note: the engineer's attendance fee is US$200/day.

What are the advantages of direct cooling block ice machines compared to traditional brine cooling?
Direct cooling block ice machines utilize an aluminum alloy evaporator. The refrigerant evaporates and exchanges heat directly in the evaporator to make ice without using salt water. This prevents rust, extends the machine's lifespan (16+ years), and allows for semi-automatic deicing without cranes or manual harvesting.
What block ice sizes can the 1 Ton Block Ice Machine produce?
We offer two configurations: a 10kg block size (260mm*90mm*500mm) which produces 15 pieces per cycle, and a 20kg block size (280mm*120mm*710mm) which produces 18 pieces per cycle.
How long does it take to complete one ice-making cycle?
For the 10kg block ice size, a single cycle takes approximately 3 hours. For the 20kg block ice size, a single cycle takes approximately 6 hours.
Does the machine require complex on-site installation?
No. The BLG Block Ice Machine features complete machine delivery. It is packed and delivered as a whole, meaning no additional installation is required. You only need to connect the water pipe and power supply to start using it immediately.
What kind of after-sales support does BLG provide?
