The slurry ice machine is a kind of ice maker that produces fluid ice (slurry ice) from seawater or a certain concentration of brine (above 2.8%). Slurry ice is a mixture of ice crystals and water. The content of ice crystals is about 40%, and its concentration can be adjusted. The size of ice crystals is between 0.25mm to 0.5mm. Slurry-ice is a unique chilling medium, it has its unique advantages.

- 1. Slurry-ice can completely covers the fish, chilling the fish instantly and the greater chilling characteristics of up to 15 to 20 times better than that of conventional block ice.
- 2. Slurry ice can chilling the catch as rapid as possible and keeping the fish at -1ºC to -2ºC as long as possible.
- 3. Slurry-ice will not damage the surface of the cooling object, as the ice crystal leave the fish in a soft bed.
- 4. Slurry ice can be pumped and transported by ordinary mud pump, which increases productivity and flexibility.

Stage 3: BLG factory engineers provide on-site after-sales service
Under special circumstances, BLG engineers can go to the site to provide guidance and repair. Under such conditions, customers need to bear the visa fees of BLG engineers, as well as round-trip air tickets and hotels. Please note: the engineer's attendance fee is US$200/day.
