Introduction of Direct Cooling Block Ice Machine: The Direct Cooling Block ice machine is a new type of high efficient Block ice machine, different from the traditional Brine cooling, the evaporator (Block ice moulds) is made of aluminum alloy, the refrigerant evaporates and exchanges heat directly in the evaporator to make ice without salt water, thus the machine has long life-span, never rust in the evaporator. The deicing is semi-automatically without any crane and manual harvest to give users most convenience.
We also provide containerized direct cooling block ice machines and brine block ice machines, and containerized brine block ice machines.

Usually, BLG will establish a professional technical consulting group for dealers to provide after-sales service. BLG also regularly provides machine installation and maintenance training courses for dealers. Stage 2: Local cooperative engineering companies provide after-sales service
BLG has cooperative engineers in Indonesia and the Philippines. If necessary, our engineers can provide on-site after-sales service.
Stage 3: BLG factory engineers provide on-site after-sales service
Under special circumstances, BLG engineers can go to the site to provide guidance and repair. Under such conditions, customers need to bear the visa fees of BLG engineers, as well as round-trip air tickets and hotels. Please note: the engineer's attendance fee is US$200/day.

Direct cooling uses an aluminum alloy evaporator where the refrigerant evaporates directly inside the moulds to make ice, eliminating the need for salt water. This prevents rust, extends the machine's lifespan, and facilitates semi-automatic deicing.
2. How long is the cycle time for the 1 Ton Block Ice Machine?
For the 10kg block size, a single cycle takes about 3 hours (producing 15 pieces per cycle). For the 20kg block size, a single cycle takes about 6 hours (producing 18 pieces per cycle).
