BLG also regularly provides machine installation and maintenance training courses for dealers. Stage 2: Local cooperative engineering companies provide after-sales service
BLG has cooperative engineers in Indonesia and the Philippines. If necessary, our engineers can provide on-site after-sales service.
Stage 3: BLG factory engineers provide on-site after-sales service.
Under special circumstances, BLG engineers can go to the site to provide guidance and repair. Under such conditions, customers need to bear the visa fees of BLG engineers, as well as round-trip air tickets and hotels. Please note: the engineer's attendance fee is US$200/day.
